If you're experiencing a problem with your purchase or activation/registration of your software, don't panic! I will be happy to help you sort it out. It is usually a very simple problem to fix. Also, if you're not completely satisfied with your software and would like a refund, I will be happy to send you one within 60 days of your purchase.
I aim to respond to emails within two days, so you shouldn't be waiting long.
All you need to do is agree to the following statement and then send me an email and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
"If I purchased iVPN, I agree to only contact MacServe customer support regarding issues with my purchase/refund or activation/registration of iVPN, and not regarding any technical queries I may have."
